I empower individuals to find harmony through mindful living and transformative celebrations. Combining my expertise in fitness, yoga, and meditation with a passion for ceremony, I create experiences that nourish the mind, body, and spirit.  Let Aspire to Harmony guide you on a journey of self-discovery and authentic connection. 

As a Life-Cycle Celebrant, my mission is to help communities, organizations, and individuals create meaningful ceremonies that celebrate milestones and experiences. My classes have been featured in various media outlets, and I've held leadership roles in fitness and recreation.

For seven years, I served as Director of Group Exercise at Chicago’s prestigious East Bank Club. During the pandemic, I adapted classes for virtual programming and have a strong background in project management. I'm a registered yoga teacher and hold multiple fitness certifications. My diverse experiences include being a professional dancer, soldier, and cheerleader for the Chicago Bulls and working in various roles in higher education and city government.

I've also trained in improv and, along with my husband, offer workshops to improve leadership and communication within work teams. As a proud veteran, I've been recognized for my achievements in Crain’s Chicago Business and am actively involved in supporting fellow veterans and military spouses in entrepreneurship as a Bunker Labs volunteer. I also served on the DEI Committee for the International Live Events Association (ILEA).
