Through a combination of movement, meditation and personal development activities I can design a program for you and your team in a virtual, onsite or retreat environment that promotes healing, creativity, motivation and opportunities to fully engage in self-care and discovery.
Sound is all around us and specific sounds can provide tools that heal, relax and rejuvenate. I love my Crystal Bowls and the experience of being in a sound bath of peace and tranquility. I am available for individual or group sessions, virtually or safely socially distant.
